Ever since anyone in my family can remember all I ever wanted to be was a Vet.
In 2003 my ambition was fulfilled when I gained a place at the University of Bristol and it was here that I spent the next 6 years of my life studying to be a Vet. During my time in Bristol I became increasingly passionate about the behaviour and welfare of the animals in my care. I chose to complete a second degree in the subject and graduated both with a BVSc in Veterinary Science and also a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Welfare.
I began my vet life in a busy North London practice before heading “Down Under” and spent the following 8 years living and working in Sunny Sydney.
In 2014, after completing one more qualification to become a member (by examination) of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (MANZCVS) in Veterinary Behaviour, I decided the time was right to launch Life on Four Legs. A relaxed, collaborative and relationship-centric Veterinary Behaviour consultation service dedicated to the furry, four-legged members of your family.
Life on Four Legs was open for 5 successful years in Sydney before I relocated back to the UK to be near family. I now live in the South East of England with my husband, toddler, Emily my rescue un-naughty Tortie and Henry my Maine Coon cats.
When I am not working I enjoy yoga, pilates, baking and spending time both with the furry and non furry members of my family!
